Prices
The prices on our website are valid up to and including December 31, 2009
and as long as the products are in stock. All prices are including VAT but
excluding shipping costs. Prices can be subject to modifications.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products you
have ordered and depend on the destination of the shipment. The shipping
costs for your order will be calculated before you confirm your order in
our web shop.
Transport
Almost all our orders are delivered by TNT. In The Netherlands the orders
are delivered within 2 days. For the other European countries deliveries
will be done in 3 to 5 working days. In The Netherlands, TNT tries to deliver
your order 2 times (in other European countries 1 time). If that was not
possible, you can pick up your order at the nearest post office during a
period of 3 weeks. Shipments will be delivered form Monday till Saturday.
Returns
When the products you ordered, are not to your satisfaction, you can return
the products within 7 days after you have received them. Please enclose
a copy of your invoice with an indication of the reason for the return.
Please note that the products must be unused and in the original packing.
Products in promotion or part of a special action can not be returned.
Returns are possible only after written authorization of Klip Europe. Shipping
costs of the return are for the expense of the customer returning the products.

iDEAL
IDEAL is a new method for online payments. It is an ideal way to pay
safely and quickly. You can pay with IDEAL in the trusted surroundings
of internet banking of your own bank. (only for Dutch customers)
