To order on our site, you need to have an account. If you haven’t
got an account, you need to create one. If you already have an account,
you need to login to place an order.
When you create an account as a dealer, you need to fill in your company
name and VAT identification number. After you have created your account,
one of our employees will contact you. We may ask you for additional information,
for example an extract from the Chamber of Commerce. Based on the additional
information we will mark your account as a dealer-account.
Once your account is marked as a dealer-account, you can login as a dealer.
Products are then shown with “your” prices, excluding VAT.
If you login before your account has been marked as a dealer-account,
you will see the normal consumer prices, including VAT.
Prices
The prices on our website are valid up to and including December 31, 2009
and as long as the products are in stock. All prices are excluding VAT(if
you are logged in as a dealer) but excluding shipping costs. Prices can
be subject to modifications.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products
you have ordered and depend on the destination of the shipment. The shipping
costs for your order will be calculated before you confirm your order
in our web shop.
Transport
Almost all our orders are delivered by TNT. In The Netherlands the orders
are delivered within 2 days. For the other European countries deliveries
will be done in 3 to 5 working days. In The Netherlands, TNT tries to
deliver your order 2 times (in other European countries 1 time). If that
was not possible, you can pick up your order at the nearest post office
during a period of 3 weeks. Shipments will be delivered form Monday till
Saturday.
Returns
When the products you ordered, are not to your satisfaction, please contact
us within 7 days after you have received your shipment. Returns are possible
only after written authorization of Klip Europe. Please enclose a copy
of your invoice with an indication of the reason for the return. Please
note that the products must be unused and in the original packing.
Products in promotion or part of a special action can not be returned.
Shipping costs of the return are for the expense of the customer returning
the products unless Klip Europe and the customer have agreed otherwise.
